Blue Collar Weaponry is supported by the machining and fabrication capabilities of Paragon Machine Co. That relationship gives BCW direct access to the equipment, experience, and production support needed to move products from concept through machining, finishing, assembly, and final inspection.

PARAGON MACHINE CO.
Paragon Machine Co. was founded in 2014 as a true job shop: a manufacturing partner for companies that need additional capacity, specialized equipment, or the experience to produce work they cannot efficiently handle themselves.
That mindset still defines the shop today. Paragon has manufactured thousands of different parts and products across a wide range of applications, and the team has built a reputation for taking on work that other shops may hesitate to pursue.
For BCW, that capability matters. The same shop that solves manufacturing problems for outside customers is the manufacturing backbone behind the Blue Collar Weaponry product line.
CORE CAPABILITIES
CNC milling and turning are at the center of Paragon’s manufacturing capability, backed by decades of hands-on machining, fabrication, programming, and troubleshooting experience.
The shop works across aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steels, plastics, composites, and other materials, moving between one-off work, prototypes, and repeat production depending on the project.
That range gives the team the flexibility to develop new BCW components, refine existing designs, and manufacture production parts without relying on a separate outside machine shop to solve the difficult portions of the job.
FROM MACHINE SHOP TO BCW
Blue Collar Weaponry is not simply placing its name on components manufactured somewhere else. Paragon handles the manufacturing of BCW products, while the BCW team manages the processes that turn those manufactured parts into finished, supported products.
Paragon handles machining and manufacturing. BCW handles coatings and assembly, along with inventory, packaging, shipping, customer support, and dealer support. Parts are quality checked through the Paragon team before final assembly by the BCW team.
Keeping those responsibilities close together gives both sides direct communication throughout the process, from a machining question on the shop floor to the finished product that reaches a customer or dealer.
BUILT UNDER OUR ROOF
A major advantage of the BCW and Paragon relationship is control. Manufacturing decisions do not have to travel through layers of outside vendors before they reach the people responsible for the finished product.
The team can machine the component, inspect the work, handle finishing and assembly, address fitment issues, and make production decisions within the same manufacturing operation. Billy describes that independence simply: “We control our destiny since we are self sufficient.”
That self-sufficiency also gives BCW room to respond as demand changes. In-stock products can move quickly, custom work can be given a defined lead time, and additional manufacturing investment can be made as production requirements grow.
MORE THAN ONE INDUSTRY
Paragon’s manufacturing experience extends well beyond the BCW product line. The shop has produced work for the reloading industry, heavy equipment, aerospace, and numerous other applications, with thousands of different parts and products manufactured over the life of the company.
That diversity matters because every project brings a different set of materials, tolerances, production challenges, and problems to solve. The experience gained across those industries feeds directly back into the way the team approaches new BCW products and manufacturing challenges.
